One of my favourite weddings this year was that of Varnah and Mehmet. I’ve known Varnah for a while as she had previously commissioned me for a portrait shoot with her two girls. I know her family to be a lot of fun and I knew that their wedding celebration would not disappoint.
The ceremony was held at a stately home called Hall Place in Bexley, Kent. This was my first wedding at Hall Place even though I live only 15 minutes drive away. The room that they got married in was gorgeous and the grounds were a perfect setting for group and family shots after the ceremony. Varnah & Mehmet looked truly, madly, deeply in love and their two little girls were the cherry on the cake to this lovely family.
We then went on to Eynsford for the reception. As luck would have it we had access to the old ruins of Eynsford Castle which provided a fantastic backdrop for the couples portraits during the day. It also gave the newlyweds a chance to spend a few moments alone and get used to the buzz of being just married. I feel honoured and priveliged to be witness to those first few special moments when a couple are newly married. It is my favourite part of the day. I’m they both had a fantastic day because I know I enjoyed capturing their day as much as they seemed to enjoy it. Here are a few of my favourite images from their wedding. If you are looking for a Hall Place wedding photographer then please get in contact so that we can have a chat. I look forward to hearing from you.
